The Care Planner Network is pleased to offer the LCP Forum. We encourage our members to use the Forum to discuss issues impacting the field of life care planning and case management, share resources, and explore challenging case decisions.
How to Subscribe:
To subscribe to the list, select "Subscribe" from the drop down box. Once you have received an email indicating you have been subscribed to the list, you can then select method of delivery. Standard means the posts will be delivered to you via email as they are posted in the Forum. Digest means an email will be sent to you once a day, with a history of all items that were posted that day. You can change your subscription to the Forum at any time.
How to Unsubscribe:
